Ghazaal Tavanaei

I moved to Dubai when I was four and lived in Springs for sixteen years and made many memories which is one of the many reasons I chose Springs as my specialty. I studied at Emirates International School and Winchester School.My first job happened to be a commercial at fourteen and worked in sales for a hotel as an intern at sixteen.

At eighteen I was given the opportunity to work for a huge news channel in Manhattan New York (NTD TV). I always knew sales is for me and as an extrovert, the interaction with new people and identifying their needs, understanding their wants was what I wanted. Seeing the famous movie Wolf of Wallstreet, I wanted to also improve the industry and show people that this job could be done with transparency and honesty. When we sold our house in Springs, I learned that a good honest agent is hard to find and wanted to change that.

Having lived Springs for sixteen years gives me extensive knowledge of the area like the back of my hand and knowing what it's like actually living there allows me to give first - hand advice to my tenants.
