Tim Horgan

A Client Manager for the Espace sales team with a focus mainly on Jumeirah Beach Residence and the Marina communities. I have under a 1 year experience of real estate experience in Dubai. I am originally from Ireland, but I have lived in the USA for most of my adult life. My previous work experience is in the field of Environmental Health and Safety, primarily in the Biotech and Biopharmaceutical industries. Managing clients, property sites, databases, and legal documentation is something I have numerous years of experience in. I enjoy traveling and Dubai is my 5th country and 4th continent I have lived on. I enjoy learning languages, and I recently moved from Colombia to Dubai after studying Spanish for 3 months. I hope to enjoy the U.A.E. and the rest of the GCC's culture and people.
