Having moved to Dubai 8 years ago from Philadelphia, USA, Yunis started his journey working for an American software company for his first 3 years here in Dubai. After closing that chapter in early 2019, he moved into Real Estate and hasn't looked back since. He specialized in the villa communities of Emirates Living, Arabian Ranches, and Jumeirah Golf Estates and gathered a lot of great knowledge of the overall market in his first year. Since then he has specialized in the Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah and transacted in the apartments and villa market consistently.
