What made you want to go into real estate?
I chose to go into real estate because I wanted a fresh start and a career with unlimited potential. I didn’t want to feel restricted in a role where hard work goes unnoticed and opportunities for growth are limited. Real estate offers the chance to truly be rewarded for the effort you put in, and I wanted to build a future where my results reflect my dedication.
What sets you apart from other agents?
What sets me apart is resilience. Real estate comes with constant challenges, including rejection and unexpected setbacks. You have to be able to take those hits, stay mentally strong, and keep moving forward. I believe in staying persistent, trusting the process, and knowing that with hard work and determination, things will work out in the end.
What would you say to other women who are considering real estate?
Go for it. Believe in yourself, know your worth, and stay confident in what you bring to the table. Don’t let anyone tell you that you’re not capable or good enough. If you stay focused, work hard, and remain true to who you are, you can succeed. Keep pushing forward and prove any doubts wrong.
What do you like most about your job?
What I enjoy most is the independence that comes with the role. It almost feels like being self-employed, you have control over how much effort you put in. If you truly want to succeed, you’ll put in the work, and when you do, the results speak for themselves.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
The biggest challenge is maintaining a strong mindset during difficult moments. There are times when deals fall through or things don’t go as planned, and it can feel discouraging. But it’s important to stay positive, remain persistent, and remember that situations can change quickly if you keep pushing forward.
Why do you think real estate is still a male-dominated sector?
Real estate can be a very competitive and a challenging environment, which may discourage some women from entering the industry. However, if you stay strong, remain true to your values, and keep working consistently, success is absolutely possible. Persistence, hard work, and patience will always pay off.
