Kiran holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Cass Business School and began her career in the London property market in 2010. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2012, building a strong technical foundation early in her career.

In 2014, Kiran relocated to Dubai, where she spent five years specialising in valuation and residential development consultancy. During this time, she advised developers, financial institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals on their real estate portfolios and upcoming projects. This experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of Dubai’s dynamic property market and the complexities involved in high-value transactions.

Now a Senior Client Manager at Espace Real Estate, Kiran is trusted by her clients to guide them through significant property decisions with confidence and clarity. Her background in valuation, negotiation, and execution enables her to anticipate challenges and deliver a seamless experience. Passionate about real estate, she takes pride in building lasting relationships, with many clients becoming long-term connections.

Outside of work, Kiran enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures and cuisines. She is rarely without good coffee and music.
