I’m originally from Wales but always wanted to work abroad. The notorious British weather was never for me, so without ever visiting Dubai I decided to pack up and move away from sunny Cardiff. I have now lived in Dubai for just over two years and prior to joining Espace, I worked in a recruitment as that has always been my background in the UK. Being a property owner back home, I have always had a keen eye for real estate so I decided to take the plunge and try something I have always wanted to do.

I can now say any risks I thought I was taking by changing profession have paid off. I thoroughly enjoy working with Espace. The team is great. Between the experienced consultant and the newbies, there’s a whole lot of positive energy and knowledge. Having a young and driven personality has been of benefit for me, the rewards definitely drive me to exceed expectations more and more each month.One of the things I enjoy most about Dubai is that there is so many different nationalities living here and I have been fortunate enough to meet people from all different parts of the world.

I can honestly say this has been a huge part in helping me to develop my knowledge, not only in real estate but in life in general.I work in the leasing department in Espace and cover mainly Springs, Lakes and Jumeirah Islands.
