I have a passion for property and always knew that I wanted to work in the real estate industry.
My professional career started 6 years ago, having secured an excellent job in the sales department of a prestigious estate agency in Belfast. There, I gained an immeasurable amount of insight and experience in the mature UK market however, the desire to work and live in a more dynamic and fast-paced environment led me to move to Dubai in early 2015 and join the Espace Real Estate team. Since then, I have become a Sales Manager in the Sales Department and have been given unparalleled guidance and training, specifically in the communities of Arabian Ranches and Emirates Living.
I believe that being knowledgeable about your product is the key to success in real estate sales. One of the advantages here is that Dubai has now become a hub for affordable housing compared to other major cities in the world. In terms of earning potential and price per square foot of the housing available, Dubai ranks highly amongst other big cities. ROI for investors is in excess of 7% per annum which is also amazing. The advantage of sun all year around helps too.
In this highly competitive real estate market, I firmly believe that honesty, transparency and a great knowledge base are key when forging good client relationships. If you can demonstrate these fundamental aspects of the job beyond the competition, then buyers and sellers will entrust you as their go-to agent. I like to provide a service to my clients that I would expect to receive myself and I take great pride in my work and constantly strive to meet my client's demands in the most efficient manner possible.
On a personal note, I'm a very keen sportsman, playing rugby, golf and squash recreationally. On Fridays, you can typically find me soaking up the Dubai lifestyle at one of the many hotels to unplug from the job - as it is an important part of my week to help keep the mind fresh!
