Vlad Radulian

I was born in 1988 in Craiova, Romania. I have an extensive background in Advertising, Sales and Real Estate, where I have always strived for excellence. Hard work, dedication and a little bit of luck brought me to Dubai and Espace in early 2014, where I can honestly say I have found the ideal work environment. I have a degree in System Engineering, which I believe gives me an analytical approach to every task I am faced with while working in the advertising industry helped polish my creative side.

After leaving advertising, I became a partner in a Security Services company and helped grow the business to over 1000 employees, building strong relations with key figures in the Banking, Health, and Energy industries in my country. Along the way, I made many contacts in agriculture and property and soon became interested in a career in Real Estate.

My first Real Estate role involved sourcing agricultural plots and accommodation for investors, before I took a leap of faith and joined the fast-paced Dubai Residential market. This is where I found my true calling! I now specialise in villa sales, mainly in Emirates Living, where I have made a name for myself. I love every second here so far and I don't see myself leaving any time soon.
