The Role will include but not be limited to:

• Proactively managing a portfolio of properties
• Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
• Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities
• Working as an effective team member, assisting others, as necessary
• Creating a positive customer experience and managing all inquiries in a professional manner
• Identifying creative and innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business in conjunction with the marketing team

Candidates must possess the following requirements:

• Driving Licence
• Excellent communication & people skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new CRM systems
• Be able to work on own initiative & develop new business
• Maintain a high professional profile at all times
• Willing to work flexibly to provide the best service to the clients
