Espace Real Estate, established in 2009, set out to raise the bar in Dubai’s property sector by bringing traditional UK estate agency standards to the region. Now recognized as one of Dubai’s premier real estate brokerages, we are expanding our commercial division and seeking experienced, driven professionals to join our team. Our goal is to provide tailored, strategic solutions to corporate clients and investors navigating the dynamic commercial property market in the UAE. The role of a Commercial Real Estate Broker offers a high level of variety and challenge, with no two days being the same. This is a commission-based role with an uncapped, tax-free earning potential. Ideal candidates must be proactive, analytical, and confident negotiators with a deep understanding of the commercial market. Strong business acumen, relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to think strategically are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and maintain relationships with corporate clients, landlords, investors, and developers.
  • Identify commercial real estate opportunities, including office spaces, retail units, warehouses, and investment properties.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed on zoning laws, commercial property regulations, and economic trends.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and commercial lease structures.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and property presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate sales, leases, and renewals on behalf of clients.
  • Conduct site visits, valuations, and due diligence activities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Develop strategies to optimize property use and increase asset value for clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within commercial or B2B environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client advisory skills.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements, ROI calculations, and investment analysis.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
  • Must hold a valid Driving License.
  • Must have 6 months of financial savings (as this is a commission-only role).
  • Education Certificate (GCSE Level or higher) required.
  • Available to start immediately.
