Of all the developments currently being built in Dubai, Aykon City is one of the most hyped. A city within the city, within the Golden Quadrant, the development has been hailed as an ‘architectural icon’ and has been inspired by the combination of sand dunes and quartz crystals for which Dubai is so famous.

A tourist attraction at its heart

Business Bay has the Burj Khalifa, Aykon City will have Aykon Dare. It’s an ambitious project, a glass pinnacle on top of the tallest tower in the development will offer ‘dare devils’ the chance to sky walk up to the top level, experiencing the feeling of walking on air.

Every development in Dubai has something ‘extra’, but Aykon Dare is one that’s going to get everyone talking and will certainly attract attention.

Again, off-plan buyers will be looking at the viability of the project, and a PR opportunity at the heart of the development is a major plus.


The centre of the development will be the Aykon Plaza. The plaza will link the development together, with a beach club, a spa, cafes and restaurants, a playground, a mall, and both a running track and a yoga lawn for fitness enthusiasts.

Location, Location, Location

Aykon City is smack bang in the middle of Dubai – next to the Burj area and Business Bay, it overlooks the new Dubai Canal and is right next to the Sheikh Zayed Road, the city’s most important highway.

Again, for the off-plan buyers, there is very little risk involved in buying centrally – there will always be demand. What’s more, it holds a prestige location next to Safa Park and the Godolphin Stables meaning that this city within the city is close to some of the best views in Dubai.

The Towers, Hotels & Availability

The four Aykon City Towers are a mixture of hotels, apartments, residences and offices. Tower A is the first project combining a hotel and apartments, while Tower B is purely furnished and serviced apartments. Tower C, known for the time being as The Residences, will offer penthouse living, while Tower D is boutique office space.

Towers E and F are set to be unveiled – the developers have promised that you’ll be able to arrive at your 28th floor penthouse, and park your car outside your front door.


So far, 15,500 units have been delivered, and a further 40,000 are in progress and are being planned.
