Espace Real Estate has expanded its advisory capability with the appointment of Lisa McNeill as Head of Mortgages, strengthening the firm’s existing mortgage offering as part of its wider client services platform.
The appointment reflects Espace’s continued investment in building a more integrated advisory model, as clients seek greater clarity, structure and guidance across both the property and financing process.
Lisa brings more than 20 years of experience across the mortgage and property sectors, with a career spanning both the UK and UAE markets. She has advised a broad client base, including first-time buyers, investors and high-net-worth individuals, and has led and developed successful mortgage teams across competitive and evolving markets.
Her expertise includes mortgage strategy, business growth, lender relationships and the delivery of tailored financing solutions for clients. In her new role, Lisa will be responsible for further developing Espace’s mortgage offering and supporting closer collaboration between clients, brokers and lenders throughout the transaction process.
The strengthened mortgage function will provide clients with specialist advice from the early stages of their property search through to finance approval and completion. It will also support Espace brokers with more direct access to mortgage guidance, helping to create a more connected, efficient and informed client journey.
