Espace Real Estate has launched its commercial division with the appointment of Morgan Curtin as Head of Commercial Real Estate. In his new role, Morgan will lead Espace’s commercial team with a focus on landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, and commercial advisory services.
Originally from Ireland, Morgan brings over a decade of experience in sales, operations, and real estate. Since relocating to Dubai in 2022, he has established a strong track record in the commercial sector. He began with small office leases and quickly progressed to full-floor transactions at record-breaking prices. He has represented entire buildings and consistently delivered strong returns for investors through strategic acquisitions, leasing, and resale. His client base spans first-time business owners, SMEs, and institutional investors, with a focus on providing calculated, data-driven advice tailored to individual objectives, whether for business setup, relocation, or the development of high-yield commercial portfolios.
