John Lyons is the Managing Director of Espace Real Estate, leading the strategic direction, growth, and overall management of the business. Under his leadership, Espace continues to uphold its strong reputation for trust, professionalism, and exceptional results. John brings extensive experience and a broad skill set to ensure these core values remain central to everything the business does.
Originally from Scotland, John began his career in commercial property management and investment brokering before relocating to Dubai in early 2012. His dedication and performance saw him rise through the ranks at Espace Real Estate, first as Head of Sales and Leasing, where he drove significant growth across the residential sales and leasing divisions. In recognition of his leadership and deep market knowledge, John was appointed Managing Director in October 2019.
