Lee is originally from Aberdeen in the North East of Scotland, Lee has relocated to Dubai to lead people and culture in a dynamic, high-growth environment. With more than 25 years of cross-industry experience spanning construction, food manufacturing, oil & gas, seafood, and real estate, she brings a diverse perspective and a practical, people-centred mindset to HR strategy.
Before returning to her HR passion, Lee spent eight years as an Operations Director, where she honed her leadership in performance, process and team development. In her current role in Dubai, she is focused on shaping culture, enhancing performance, and supporting sustainable growth in a fast-paced market.
Lee is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds a degree in Law and Management, as well as a Master’s in Employment Law. Her leadership style is commercial, curious and collaborative, driving results through empowered, engaged teams and people strategies that align with organisational performance and culture.
