Lee is from Aberdeen, in the North East of Scotland, and has recently made the move to Dubai. With over 25 years of experience spanning construction, food manufacturing, oil & gas, seafood, and now real estate, she combines multi-industry insight with a practical, people-focused approach to HR. After spending the past eight years as an Operations Director, she returned to her HR roots to take on this role in Dubai, drawn by the opportunity to shape culture, performance, and growth in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Lee holds a degree in Law and Management and a Master’s in Employment Law. Her leadership style is commercial, curious, and collaborative, and she is passionate about aligning people strategy with performance and culture, driving results through empowered, engaged teams.
