Matthew Montgomery has over ten years of industry experience. A Northumbria University honours graduate, he began his career in Northern Ireland before relocating to Dubai in 2015.
Since joining Espace Real Estate, Matthew has progressed from Client Manager to Associate Director and previously played a key role in leading the “North” villas team. Under his leadership, the team grew to over 35 brokers and established itself as the company’s highest revenue-generating division.
Known for his dedication, leadership, and strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, Matthew continues to drive performance and contribute to the ongoing success of Espace Real Estate.
