Spencer began his career in professional sport, representing Team GB at multiple World Championships and proudly competing in the Youth Olympics. The discipline, resilience, and competitive mindset he developed through elite sport continue to shape his professional approach today.

After discovering Dubai during a holiday and recognising the region’s potential, Spencer went on to establish and successfully sell his own business in 2015. Following a long-standing passion for property, he then transitioned into real estate, training to become a broker and building a career he genuinely loves.
