The Role will include but not be limited to:

• Managing the rental process from advertising to contract signing, including negotiating leases and collecting security deposit
• Regularly liaising with the landlord over progress on leasing arrangements
• Keep up to date with local RERA regulation, compliance, and rental matters
• Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
• Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities
• Work as an effective team member, assisting others, as necessary
• Create a positive customer experience and manage all inquiries in a professional manner

Candidates must possess the following requirements:

• Driving Licence
• Excellent communication & people skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new CRM systems
• Be able to work on own initiative & develop new business
• Maintain a high professional profile at all times
• Willing to work flexibly to provide the best service to the clients
