Artur relocated to Dubai in 2007 after graduating from the University of Law in Russia. He began his career working with one of the region’s most successful property developers, where he spent two years building a strong foundation in the real estate market before seeking a new challenge.

After joining Espace Real Estate, Artur initially specialised in off-plan sales. Following a market shift in 2010, he strategically refocused his expertise on the secondary market, developing a particular interest in the luxury property sector.
